Ashley Wucher, Waco Foundation’s Assistant Director of Community Public Relations, talks about Waco’s Communications Co-op and the role of collaboration among Waco’s organizations and institutions in growing Waco, both locally and nationally.
Ashley Wucher joined Waco Foundation in May 2018 as the Assistant Director of Community Public Relations and will primarily oversee the formation and operations of the newly established Communications Co-op. Prior to relocating back to Waco, Ashley was a Field Representative for the National Association of Home Builders, where she assisted local and state boards of directors across 11 states with building robust marketing and communications plans to grow membership. Ashley began her career with the Austin Board of REALTORS
® as the Public Relations and Marketing Specialist, where she oversaw the association’s marketing and communications efforts. Ashley graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations, where she served as the News Editor for the Baylor Lariat. Ashley also earned her Masters of Jurisprudence from Michigan State University College of Law.
Ashley is thrilled to return to Waco and looks forward to bringing people and ideas together to help the city realize its collaborative vision.
